According to your needs, I propose to you a project of planning, research of materials, a colour concept or suitable furnishings.  It is possible for me to incorporate all of these, or one of them only as appropriate. I take care of the overall realization of your project.

This consists of the following undertakings:

• Pre-project, project, execution and details plans, planning and management of works.
• Building extension:

• Handling of the file of DT in town hall [preliminary request of works] …

• Partial or complete renovation of dwellings, hotel apartments, hotels, bars and restaurants,
• Redistribution of rooms, renovation of parental areas, attic design, kitchens  bespoke, bathrooms, bedrooms, entrance halls …
• Custom furniture:

DESIGN:

Preliminary Draft Summary:

The project is presented in 1 / 100th scale plans, sketches or perspective(s).  The main lines of the project are drawn.  This first exchange allows us to refine the rest of the program.

FINAL DRAFT

Appointments are scheduled as and when the project matures and becomes reality.

Photo-realistic 3D representations and detailed plans allow the customer to project themselves into a future environment in a meaningful way.

THE REALIZATION:

Entrusted to the interior designer, this is a crucial step.  He ensures the good execution of the works as well as maintaining the integrity  of the project.

BUSINESS CONSULTING, COSTING:

The project is submitted to the various trades concerned, in the form of a technical file including final plans, descriptive, visual (s) 3D and site visit.

The quotes of the companies are studied in order to be validated, in agreement with the customer.

START OF THE PROJECT, FOLLOW-UP AND COORDINATION:

The selected companies intervene in turn according to a schedule assigned to them.

The interior designer, as prime contractor, supervises the execution of the works as well as maintaining the schedule of the beginning of the works and of the construction site.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The fees charged for a design + construction assignment or only for a design mission vary according to the size and complexity of the project.
